What is a Health Coach? ~ Can a Health Coach help you?
Has your doctor ever said to you?

• “Stop thinking about it and it will get better”
• “You’re a difficult / uncooperative patient”
• “Your blood tests are in ‘normal’ range.”
• Have you caught your doctor looking at his watch?
• Are you paying lots of money for tests and prescriptions and not seeing results?
• Are you sick and tired of feeling sick and tired?
Are you frustrated and at the end of your rope? I’ve been there and I understand!
It is rare for anyone to get an hour to work on improving their health with a trained professional. Especially with one who understands and has been in your shoes.
Think about your health coach as you would a sports coach. Remember back to your football or volleyball coach. What did they provide you? Your coaches were much more than someone training you to play a certain sport well enough to reach the championship game. They most likely were a mentor that influenced your life outside of the game.
As your health coach, I am on your team to help teach, guide, encourage, motivate, and support you to obtain your health goals. I cannot play the game for you. I’ll be on the side lines, just as the sports coach was, cheering you on.
As a health coach I’ll help find your strength and weaknesses and together we will formulate the best action plan to reach your health and wellness goals.
I’ll teach you skills, techniques and educate you to “play your best game.”
I’ll support you, but with that support will come some “tough love” and constructive feedback to motivate you.
I will inspire confidence as well as be a role model and leader that also walks the talk.
I will lead and guide you along the way. We will track your progress as you strive to reach your obtainable goals.
I’ve developed a 6 month program to help you grow and make lasting changes to help you learn and apply them for lifelong success. You will gain knowledge, develop skills and techniques to continue your healing journey after you finish the program.
Just as you need to learn to dribble, pass, and shoot before you can play a game of basketball, this 6 month program is broken down into action steps. In order to help you succeed on your journey we will touch on all aspects of life including food, lifestyle, movement, relationships, career, and spirituality.
